Joseph E. Flynn is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. and is currently serving as the Hiring Partner. An experienced litigation attorney, Mr. Flynn focuses his practice on governmental liability, appeals, food borne illness, products liability, personal injury and automobile liability.
Mr. Flynn has served as Chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Governmental Liability Committee and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Governental Liability Group.
Mr. Flynn has represented cities, counties and other governmental entities throughout the State Of Minnesota including the Metro Gang Strike Force, the Metropolitan Council, the Cities of Eagan, Minneapolis, Oakdale, St. Cloud, St. Paul, Stillwater, Woodbury, along with Dakota County, Hennepin County, Ramsey County and many dozens of other cities and governmental entities throughout the state.
