Charles E. Gillin is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Currently, Mr. Gillin provides representation to clients in both civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters.

While concentrating his civil litigation practice in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and general negligence, Mr. Gillin also provides counseling and advice to clients involved in insurance coverage disputes. In the area of workers’ compensation, Mr. Gillin defends the rights of employers, insurers and the self-insured.

Licensed in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota, and the federal district and appellate level in Minnesota, Mr. Gillin represents clients through all stages of litigation and provides a motion and appellate practice in civil litigation and workers’ compensation.
