Heather M. Mitchell is a paralegal with Jardine, Logan & O'Brien. Ms. Mitchell obtained her Associates Degree as a Paralegal in 1997 from Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Currently, Ms. Mitchell assists attorneys in all areas of civil litigation, person injury, workers’ compensation, and construction litigation. Specifically, Ms. Mitchell drafts and coordinates discovery, conducts witness interviews and investigation, prepares analysis to be used in preparing for and at depositions and trials, drafts mediation statements and IME letters, and assists attorneys in preparing for depositions and trial.

Ms. Mitchell joined the firm in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mitchell worked for District Court Administration for 2 years, was a Judicial Assistant to a District Court Judge for 2 years, and worked in other law offices in the metro areas in the areas of asbestos litigation, family law, and bankruptcy in addition to the areas that she currently works in.
