What’s New

Congratulations to Marlene S. Garvis and Elisa M. Hatlevig for the recent Minnesota Court of Appeals decision in favor of their client, Rice Memorial Hospital, on the plaintiff's Minn. Stat. § 176.82 claim. The appellate court affirmed the trial court's involuntary dismissal of the plaintiff's claims, finding that she had not met her McDonnell Douglas burden of proof.
