Jessica E. Schwie is a senior associate with Jardine, Logan & O'Brien. As a litigation associate, Ms. Schwie practices in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in municipal law, employment law and general liability/negligence/insurance issues.

With over five years of civil litigation experience and success, Ms. Schwie has been named on multiple occasions as a Rising Star by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics. In addition, Ms. Schwie has experience in representing clients at various levels of both Minnesota and Wisconsin state courts.

Prior to joining Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, Ms. Schwie gained valuable experience for her practice in municipal law as a law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities from 1997-2000. Also prior to joining Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, Ms. Schwie also served as a law clerk to Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Edward Toussaint.
