Mark A. Fonken is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien. Mr. Fonken represents clients in both civil litigation and workers’ compensation disputes.

Within his civil litigation practice, Mr. Fonken represents clients within the areas of general liability, property claims involving arson and fraud, and products liability. A background in farming and construction trades allows Mr. Fonken to provide clients additional insight into the areas of agricultural and construction-related equipment litigation.

In the area of workers’ compensation, Mr. Fonken defends employers and insurers before the Department of Labor and Industry and the Office of Administrative Hearings through all aspects of workers' compensation cases. He has had extensive experience in coverage B defense of employers in a third-party liability litigation in which the employer has been named as a defendant and in pursuing workers’ compensation subrogation claims against a third-party tortfeasor.
