With nearly 40 years of experience in civil litigation, Gerald M. Linnihan appreciates the complexity of litigation and the value of having an experienced neutral. Currently a "Super Lawyer," Mr. Linnihan also has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Throughout his tenure as a mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Linnihan has served on several committees and panels including: the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators, the Minnesota Court System Panel of Neutral Arbitrators, and the Ramsey County Bar Association Blue Ribbon Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Linnihan centers his practice on workers’ compensation and civil litigation matters including personal injury, property damage and construction, and general liability and insurance coverage issues.
While devoting his practice to personal injury litigation, Alan R. Vanasek (Of Counsel) also spends a substantial amount of time involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution. During his distinguished career, Mr. Vanasek has been selected as an arbitrator or mediator on countless occasions, has consistently been named one of Minnesota's "Super Lawyers," and has been elected as one of the Top ADR Professionals in a poll by his peers conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics.
With an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Vanasek is currently listed on the Minnesota Statewide ADR Roster of Neutrals with areas of experience including Employment, Personal Injury, and Professional Liability/Malpractice. Further, Mr. Vanasek has been actively involved in a wide ranges of ADR panels and other legal committees, often chairing or assuming a position of leadership within each.
