Government Liability & Civil Rights
Jardine, Logan & O'Brien has extensive experience representing municipal and governmental entities. Our attorneys currently represent cities, counties, the State of Minnesota and independent government agencies in all aspects of litigation. In addition, our attorneys work with police departments, school districts, watershed districts, and park and recreation departments defending lawsuits.
While all of our attorneys have experience in general liability litigation, most of our government liability attorneys concentrate their practice on several distinct areas within government liability and civil rights. Specifically, our expertise in government liability and civil rights extends the following areas of litigation: land use, employment law, police litigation, public construction disputes, data practices, water resources law, open meeting violations and school law.
